By accessing, browsing, or using the Breeder Education™ website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to comply with them.

When purchasing a paid product or service, additional terms may be presented at checkout.

Purchasers of the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course must separately affirmatively accept the applicable Course Agreement during checkout.

If a Course-specific provision of the Course Agreement conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the Course Agreement controls with respect to that Course-specific matter unless expressly stated otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Breeder Education™ provides educational information primarily for cat breeders, aspiring breeders, breeding-program operators, and breeding-business operators.

Website content, courses, guides, resources, templates, articles, downloads, and other educational materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided by Million Dollar Breeder LLC constitutes individualized:

• Veterinary advice
• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Insurance advice
• Regulatory advice
• Other licensed professional advice

Content is not a substitute for advice from appropriately qualified professionals familiar with your individual circumstances and jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase paid Breeder Education™ educational products or services, including the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course.

If you make a purchase or accept an agreement on behalf of a company, cattery, breeding program, business entity, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to the applicable terms.

The Breeder Education™ website may be used for lawful personal, informational, and business-education purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or systems
• Interfere with website security or functionality
• Introduce malicious software, code, or automated attacks
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract protected website content without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Million Dollar Breeder LLC
• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes
• Circumvent access controls or technological restrictions
• Use website features in a manner that materially disrupts services for others

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may restrict access to users who materially misuse the website.

Breeder Education™ educational products, programs, and services, including the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, are sold and operated by Million Dollar Breeder LLC and may be purchased or accessed through Kajabi or another checkout, payment, learning-management, or technology provider selected by Million Dollar Breeder LLC.

The price, payment structure, payment schedule, taxes if applicable, and other transaction-specific terms governing a purchase are those presented and accepted at checkout at the time of purchase.

Prices, promotions, payment options, and available products may change for future purchases without affecting previously completed transactions except where otherwise lawfully agreed.

Purchase, enrollment, access, and use of the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course are subject to the separate Course Agreement.

The Course Agreement governs Course-specific matters including, without limitation:

• Course access
• Course Materials
• Account sharing
• Intellectual-property restrictions
• Payment-plan obligations
• Refund terms
• Chargebacks and payment disputes
• Certification and credential use
• Course suspension or termination
• Technology availability
• Course-specific liability provisions
• Course-specific dispute provisions
• Electronic acceptance

The Course Agreement is incorporated into the applicable Course purchase by reference and affirmative acceptance at checkout.

Course access is personal to the enrolled Student unless Million Dollar Breeder LLC expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.

Login credentials, account access, Course links, downloads, and private resources may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Subject to the applicable Course Agreement, Course access generally remains available while Million Dollar Breeder LLC continues operating and making the applicable Course available.

Course access is not a promise that every platform, lesson, resource, integration, or technology provider will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.

Free and paid educational content and resources offered through Breeder Education™ and the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, as applicable, may include:

• Video lessons
• Audio lessons
• Written lessons
• PDFs
• Worksheets
• Workbooks
• Templates
• Guides
• Infographics
• Presentations
• Checklists
• Charts
• Downloadable resources
• Business systems
• Educational frameworks
• Certification materials
• Other digital or educational content

Purchasing or accessing digital content provides only the license or usage rights expressly granted for that product.

Ownership of protected content is not transferred to the purchaser.

All content, materials, resources, and intellectual property made available through Breeder Education™, Million Dollar Breeder™, the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, associated programs, websites, memberships, digital products, downloads, and educational offerings are owned by Million Dollar Breeder LLC and/or its applicable licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.

This protected content includes, but is not limited to, course lessons, written educational content, guides, reference guides, workbooks, worksheets, checklists, templates, contracts, agreements, policies, forms, business systems, processes, frameworks, methods, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, audio recordings, presentations, downloads, PDFs, quizzes, assessments, certification materials, website content, email content, marketing materials, and other original educational resources.

Copyright applications have been filed with the United States Copyright Office for original course lessons, educational guides, and other qualifying materials included within the program. Copyright protection exists independently of registration, and no failure to display a copyright notice or registration number shall be construed as a waiver of any intellectual property rights.

Limited Personal License

Purchase, enrollment, access, or participation in any Breeder Education™ or Million Dollar Breeder™ product or program grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the materials solely for the purchaser's own personal education and internal business use.

The purchase of any course, product, membership, guide, resource, or program does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

All ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, and other intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Million Dollar Breeder LLC and/or the applicable rights holder.

No Sharing or Distribution

Course access and educational materials are licensed to the individual purchaser only.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not share, provide, distribute, transmit, forward, upload, publish, reproduce, or otherwise make any course material or account access available to another person or entity.

This prohibition includes sharing materials with, among others:

• Employees
• Independent contractors
• Business partners
• Co-breeders
• Other breeders
• Friends or family members
• Clients or kitten buyers
• Students
• Mentoring clients
• Facebook groups
• Social media communities
• Membership communities
• Online forums
• Private messaging groups
• Professional organizations
• Other businesses
• Third parties of any kind

Each individual who wishes to access protected course materials must obtain their own authorized access unless Million Dollar Breeder LLC provides written permission otherwise.

Prohibited Reproduction and Commercial Use

You may not, without prior written authorization:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, or redistribute course materials
• Sell or resell course materials
• License, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially distribute course materials
• Upload course materials to another website, membership platform, file-sharing service, course platform, social media platform, or digital repository
• Distribute materials through Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, shared folders, cloud storage, email, messaging applications, or similar services
• Repackage course content into your own course, coaching program, mentorship, membership, workshop, seminar, digital product, guide, book, workbook, template collection, or educational program
• Use the course materials to teach, train, mentor, or educate third parties
• Remove, alter, obscure, crop, or modify copyright notices, trademarks, logos, watermarks, attribution, ownership notices, or other proprietary markings
• Represent any Breeder Education™ or Million Dollar Breeder™ material as your own work
• Create derivative educational products that reproduce, closely imitate, adapt, reorganize, or substantially incorporate protected course content
• Translate, adapt, modify, or convert protected materials for redistribution or commercial use
• Record, screen-record, screenshot, photograph, capture, download, or reproduce protected course content for the purpose of unauthorized distribution or sharing

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Million Dollar Breeder LLC, you may not upload, submit, reproduce, disclose, transmit, or provide any protected Breeder Education™ or Million Dollar Breeder™ course content, lessons, guides, worksheets, templates, contracts, proprietary systems, or educational materials to any artificial intelligence system, machine learning platform, large language model, generative AI service, training dataset, automated content-generation system, or similar technology for the purpose of:

• Training or improving an artificial intelligence model
• Creating a competing course, program, guide, educational product, or business resource
• Reproducing or substantially recreating protected materials
• Generating derivative educational materials for resale or distribution
• Building proprietary databases or datasets from course materials
• Making protected materials accessible to third parties through an AI system or knowledge base

This restriction does not prohibit a purchaser from using general artificial intelligence tools independently for their own business activities, provided protected course content is not uploaded, reproduced, disclosed, or used in violation of these Terms.

Templates, Contracts, Forms, and Business Resources

Certain templates, forms, checklists, policies, agreements, and business resources may be provided for the purchaser's internal business use.

Where a resource is expressly designed to be customized and used within the purchaser's own breeding business, the purchaser may modify that resource for their own legitimate internal business operations.

Permission to customize a resource for personal business use does not grant permission to sell, distribute, publish, license, teach from, provide to other breeders, or include that resource in another commercial product, course, membership, mentorship, template package, or educational program.

Any attorney-drafted agreements, legal templates, or legal resources remain subject to all copyright, licensing, and use restrictions stated within these Terms and within the applicable resource.

Certification Materials and Credentials

Any certification materials, assessments, educational standards, badges, certificates, certification marks, directories, verification systems, or credentials associated with Breeder Education™, Million Dollar Breeder™, or the Elite Certified Breeder program remain the intellectual property of Million Dollar Breeder LLC.

Certification status does not grant ownership of certification materials, trademarks, logos, badges, course content, or proprietary educational standards.

Certification marks, badges, or credentials may only be displayed in accordance with the applicable certification requirements and may not be altered, transferred, sold, assigned, or used to falsely represent certification status.

Trademarks and Brand Assets

Breeder Education™, Million Dollar Breeder™, Elite Certified Breeder, associated logos, program names, course names, certification names, slogans, graphics, brand identifiers, and related branding are proprietary assets of Million Dollar Breeder LLC to the extent protected by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants the purchaser permission to use any trademark, logo, brand identity, course name, certification badge, or proprietary branding in a manner that suggests ownership, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or authorization beyond the limited use expressly permitted by Million Dollar Breeder LLC.

Account Access and Circumvention

You may not share login credentials or permit unauthorized individuals to access a course, membership, program, portal, or protected digital resource through your account.

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, circumvent, interfere with, or defeat technological measures designed to protect course materials, restrict access, prevent copying, or enforce licensing restrictions.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where unauthorized account sharing, copying, reproduction, redistribution, credential sharing, or other intellectual property violations are reasonably suspected.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Million Dollar Breeder LLC reserves the right to monitor the internet, social media platforms, course marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, membership communities, websites, digital repositories, and other public or lawfully accessible sources for unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, sale, or publication of its intellectual property.

Where unauthorized use is discovered, Million Dollar Breeder LLC may pursue any remedies available under applicable law, including takedown requests, platform complaints, cease-and-desist demands, suspension or termination of course access, claims for damages, injunctive relief, recovery of profits attributable to infringement where legally available, attorney fees where legally recoverable, and other appropriate remedies.

Termination for Intellectual Property Violations

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of course access, membership access, certification privileges, program participation, or access to digital materials without refund, subject to applicable law.

Termination of access does not eliminate or limit the intellectual property protections, confidentiality obligations, payment obligations, restrictions on prior downloads, or enforcement rights contained within these Terms.

The restrictions in this section survive termination, cancellation, completion of the course, expiration of access, or any other end to the purchaser's relationship with Breeder Education™, Million Dollar Breeder™, or Million Dollar Breeder LLC.

No Implied Rights

Any right not expressly granted in writing is reserved.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, teach from, publish, modify for redistribution, or create derivative commercial products from any protected intellectual property.

If you are uncertain whether a particular use is permitted, you must obtain written authorization from Million Dollar Breeder LLC before using the material in that manner.

Except for third-party materials identified as such, website content and original educational materials published or distributed under Breeder Education™ and Million Dollar Breeder™, including the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, are owned by or licensed to Million Dollar Breeder LLC and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Without prior written authorization, you may not unlawfully:

• Copy protected materials
• Reproduce protected materials
• Redistribute Course or website materials
• Resell protected content
• Republish protected content
• Upload protected materials to other platforms
• Share protected Course files
• Provide another person with Course access
• Commercially teach from copied protected materials
• Repackage protected materials into another product
• Create substantially reproduced educational products from protected materials
• Remove copyright, proprietary, or rights-management notices

Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful independent creation, lawful use of unprotectable facts or ideas, fair use, or any other use permitted by applicable law.

Breeder Education™, Million Dollar Breeder™, Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, Elite Certified Breeder™, and associated logos, badges, names, graphics, designs, and other source-identifying branding may constitute trademarks or proprietary branding owned by or used by Million Dollar Breeder LLC.

No purchase, website use, or Course enrollment grants unrestricted rights to use Company branding.

Company names, marks, logos, badges, or designations may not be used in a manner that falsely or misleadingly implies:

• Affiliation
• Certification
• Endorsement
• Sponsorship
• Partnership
• Authorization
• Employment
• Agency

Any authorized badge, designation, or certification use remains subject to the rules applicable to that credential.

Except where expressly authorized or legally permitted, substantial protected portions of educational materials made available through Breeder Education™ and Million Dollar Breeder™, including the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, may not be uploaded, reproduced, or supplied to artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning models, datasets, content-generation systems, or similar technologies for the purpose of:

• Training a model
• Reproducing Course Materials
• Creating a competing educational product
• Redistributing protected content
• Commercially exploiting protected materials

Incidental or legally permissible uses that do not reproduce, expose, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials are not prohibited by this section.

Where a payment plan is offered, it is a method of paying the purchase price over time.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription, membership, or trial period.

For the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, selecting an installment plan represents a commitment to pay the applicable Course purchase price according to the payment schedule accepted at checkout.

Stopping Course use, failing to complete the Course, changing your mind, or deciding not to participate does not by itself cancel remaining installment obligations.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law and the applicable Course Agreement.

Suspension of access for nonpayment does not by itself eliminate amounts lawfully owed.

The Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course is sold on a final-sale, non-refundable basis, except where a refund, cancellation, rescission, or other consumer right is required by applicable law.

Digital products may have separate refund terms presented at checkout or in an applicable refund policy.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing refund terms before completing a purchase.

The applicable Refund Policy forms part of the purchase terms where expressly incorporated.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a right that applicable law does not permit a consumer to waive.

Billing questions relating to the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course should be directed to support@milliondollarbreeder.com. General billing questions may be directed to info@breedereducation.com.

Customers are encouraged to contact Million Dollar Breeder LLC regarding a billing concern so the Company has an opportunity to investigate the issue.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute does not automatically cancel an otherwise valid purchase or eliminate a contractual obligation that remains lawfully due.

Where permitted by law, Million Dollar Breeder LLC may provide payment processors, card issuers, financial institutions, or dispute-resolution providers with documentation concerning:

• The transaction
• Checkout terms
• Agreement acceptance
• Course or digital-content access
• Account activity
• Communications
• Payment obligations
• Relevant policies

Access may be suspended during unresolved nonpayment or payment reversal where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Nothing in this section limits legitimate statutory, consumer, or payment-network dispute rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

In connection with educational content, programs, resources, examples, testimonials, and information offered by Million Dollar Breeder LLC through Breeder Education™ and the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course, as applicable, the Company does not guarantee:

• Income
• Revenue
• Profit
• Profitability
• Business growth
• Buyer demand
• Customer acquisition
• Social-media growth
• Sales volume
• Pregnancy
• Fertility
• Litter size
• Neonatal survival
• Animal health outcomes
• Genetic outcomes
• Regulatory approval
• Government licensing
• Any particular business, breeding, financial, or professional result

Results depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, revenue discussions, or descriptions of another person’s results are illustrative and do not constitute promises that another user or Student will achieve the same or similar result.

The Million Dollar Breeder™ name reflects a business mindset centered on building structured, ethical, professional, and valuable breeding programs.

The name is not a promise, earnings claim, projection, representation, or guarantee that any Student, breeder, or customer will generate one million dollars or any other specific amount of revenue, profit, enterprise value, or financial return.

Students and website users remain responsible for their own decisions and activities, including:

• Breeding decisions
• Animal care
• Veterinary relationships
• Genetics decisions
• Business practices
• Contracts
• Customer relationships
• Taxes
• Accounting
• Licensing
• Registrations
• Permits
• Insurance
• Regulatory compliance
• Local laws
• Ethical decisions
• Financial decisions
• How educational concepts are implemented

Course or website content does not transfer responsibility for these decisions to Million Dollar Breeder LLC.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may offer the Elite Certified Breeder™ designation, badge, certificate, verification credential, directory profile, or related recognition.

Completion of the applicable educational requirements may satisfy the Course-completion component of certification eligibility.

Public directory participation, verification, badge usage, profile publication, continuing eligibility, or other certification-related features may be subject to separate standards, identity or program verification, conduct requirements, branding rules, or other published requirements.

Elite Certified Breeder™ is a private educational designation issued by Million Dollar Breeder LLC. It is not:

• A governmental license
• A veterinary credential
• A regulatory approval
• A substitute for breeder licensing
• A substitute for permits or registrations
• A legal authorization to operate a breeding business

Students remain responsible for satisfying all legal requirements applicable to their own business and jurisdiction.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may suspend or revoke authorization to use a badge, designation, or verification credential where the credential is materially misused, falsified, transferred without authorization, or displayed contrary to applicable certification rules.

Breeder Education™ and its educational programs may be accessed by users outside the United States.

Animal-breeding laws, veterinary standards, consumer laws, business requirements, licensing, taxation, import and export rules, and other regulations vary by jurisdiction.

International users and Students are responsible for determining and complying with laws applicable to their activities and location.

Educational material should not be interpreted as a representation that a practice is lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may use third-party providers for functions including:

• Website hosting
• Course hosting
• Payment processing
• Checkout
• Email
• Analytics
• Customer communication
• Forms
• Video delivery
• File delivery
• Scheduling
• Automation
• Other technology services

These providers operate independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC does not control every aspect of third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, policies, products, or services except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, error-free, or 24-hour availability of its website, Course platform, email systems, downloads, integrations, or other technology.

Services may be temporarily affected by:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Internet outages
• Hosting failures
• Platform failures
• Cybersecurity events
• Technical errors
• Vendor outages
• Platform migrations
• Events outside the Company’s reasonable control

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may change, replace, update, or migrate technology providers when reasonably necessary.

A temporary technology interruption, platform migration, third-party outage, or maintenance event does not by itself constitute permanent discontinuation of a product or service or create an automatic right to a refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Educational content may be:

• Updated
• Expanded
• Reorganized
• Corrected
• Revised
• Replaced
• Removed
• Supplemented

as reasonably appropriate to maintain, update, or improve the program.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC does not guarantee that every individual lesson, resource, feature, template, or presentation will remain identical indefinitely.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably determines that a user or Student has materially violated applicable terms.

Grounds may include:

• Unauthorized account sharing
• Piracy
• Redistribution
• Resale
• Intellectual-property infringement
• Fraudulent activity
• Unlawful conduct
• Material misuse of protected materials
• Unauthorized credential use
• Nonpayment
• Attempts to compromise website or Course security

Where appropriate, the Company may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before termination.

Serious, intentional, fraudulent, infringing, or commercial misuse may result in immediate restriction or termination where permitted by law.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC respects intellectual-property rights and may investigate suspected infringement involving its own materials or materials submitted through its services.

Course-specific concerns may also be directed to support@milliondollarbreeder.com.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may pursue contractual, platform-based, statutory, or other legally available remedies for unauthorized use of protected content.

The website or educational content may link to or reference third-party websites, vendors, laboratories, veterinarians, software, professionals, products, or other resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, partnership, or endorsement.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC is not responsible for independent third-party content, privacy practices, availability, products, services, or conduct.

Users should independently evaluate third-party resources before relying on them.

Use of the Breeder Education™ website and submission of personal information are also governed by the Million Dollar Breeder LLC Privacy Policy at breedereducation.com/privacy.

Personal information may be submitted through:

• Website forms
• Free-resource forms
• Lead-magnet forms
• Course enrollment
• Purchases
• Email subscriptions
• Other website interactions

The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the website, forms, purchases, Course enrollment, and related services.

Submitting a form does not by itself constitute consent to receive unlimited marketing communications. Marketing communications remain subject to applicable law and your applicable communication preferences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Million Dollar Breeder LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to use of the website, educational products, digital content, or related services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Million Dollar Breeder LLC by the person asserting the claim for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For claims arising solely from free website use, the Company’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Million Dollar Breeder LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the website or protected content
• Your unauthorized distribution of Company materials
• Content you submit that infringes another person’s rights
• Your fraudulent activity
• Your material violation of these Terms

This provision does not require a person to indemnify another party for liability that applicable law prohibits from being shifted.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any lawsuit, action, or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or a transaction governed by these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state court located in Nevada or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and, to the extent legally permitted, waives objections based solely on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this section prevents Million Dollar Breeder LLC from seeking temporary, preliminary, injunctive, takedown, or other legally available intellectual-property relief in another jurisdiction where necessary or appropriate to obtain effective relief.

Nothing in this section overrides a forum, venue, jurisdiction, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

In a legal action arising from or relating to these Terms, the prevailing party may seek reasonable attorneys’ fees and recoverable costs to the extent authorized by applicable law.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may also seek any attorneys’ fees, investigation costs, court costs, expert-witness expenses, statutory damages, actual damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies independently available under copyright, trademark, contract, or other applicable law.

Nothing in this section guarantees that any particular fee, expense, damage award, or remedy will be granted.

This provision does not excuse obligations that applicable law does not permit to be limited or excused.

By using the Breeder Education™ website, creating an account, submitting a form, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that transactional, account, policy, service, or Course administration communications may be provided electronically where permitted by law.
