Refund Policy

All purchases of the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course are final and non-refundable once enrollment is successfully completed and Course access is provided, except where a refund, cancellation, rescission, or other consumer right is required by applicable law.

No refund will be issued merely because a purchaser:

• Changes their mind
• Decides not to begin the Course
• Decides not to continue the Course
• Fails to complete the Course
• No longer wishes to participate
• Experiences a change in personal circumstances
• Experiences a change in business circumstances
• Discontinues a breeding program or business
• Does not achieve a desired result
• Does not implement the Course materials
• No longer has sufficient time to participate

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a right that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

Following successful enrollment, the purchaser may receive access to digital educational content and supporting materials, which may include:

• Video lessons
• Audio lessons
• Written educational content
• Lesson PDFs
• Worksheets
• Workbooks
• Templates
• Guides
• Checklists
• Charts
• Presentations
• Infographics
• Digital resources
• Agreement and contract-related educational resources
• Certification-related materials
• Other Course content and educational materials

The availability of digital access following purchase is a material reason for the final-sale nature of the Course.

Downloadable templates and agreement or contract-related educational resources are provided for general educational purposes only and do not constitute individualized legal advice.

A change of mind after purchase does not create refund eligibility.

Prospective Students are responsible for reviewing available Course information, curriculum, pricing, payment options, policies, and checkout disclosures before completing enrollment.

Choosing not to access, begin, continue, or complete the Course does not create refund eligibility.

A purchaser’s failure to log in, view lessons, download materials, attend optional activities, use resources, or otherwise participate does not cancel the purchase.

The amount of Course content viewed or completed does not alter this Refund Policy after access has been provided.

Refunds are not provided because a Student:

• Completes only part of the Course
• Completes none of the Course
• Completes the entire Course
• Is dissatisfied with their own implementation
• Does not achieve a specific business result
• Does not achieve a specific breeding result
• Does not achieve a specific financial result

The Course does not guarantee particular financial outcomes, income, revenue, profit, business outcomes, sales, marketing outcomes, buyer demand, breeding outcomes, reproductive outcomes, animal-health outcomes, genetic outcomes, or professional outcomes.

Where a payment plan is selected, the payment plan is an installment arrangement for the purchase of the Course.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, a Course payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription, membership, or trial period.

Selecting a payment plan does not permit a purchaser to cancel remaining installment obligations merely because they:

• Stop accessing the Course
• Decide not to complete the Course
• Change their mind
• No longer wish to participate
• Experience a change in personal or business circumstances

The purchaser remains responsible for scheduled installment payments forming part of the agreed Course purchase price, subject to applicable law and the applicable Course Agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of Course access.

Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not, by itself, eliminate amounts that remain lawfully owed.

Students experiencing account, login, platform, download, or Course-access problems should contact Million Dollar Breeder LLC so the issue can be investigated and reasonable efforts can be made to restore or provide appropriate access.

Temporary issues involving:

• Login problems
• Maintenance
• Hosting failures
• Third-party platform outages
• Software problems
• Platform migrations
• Internet disruptions
• Temporary technical errors
• Temporary file-delivery issues
• Temporary email-delivery issues

are ordinarily handled as support matters and do not automatically create refund eligibility.

If a technical issue materially prevents access and cannot reasonably be corrected, the matter will be evaluated in accordance with the Course Agreement and applicable law.

Suspected duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or processing errors may be reviewed as billing matters rather than ordinary refund requests.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may review:

• Transaction records
• Payment-processor information
• Enrollment records
• Account activity
• Checkout records
• Communications
• Other relevant transaction documentation

Any correction or reversal will depend on the verified circumstances and applicable legal or payment-network requirements.

Billing questions or concerns should be directed to info@breedereducation.com. Billing matters specific to the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course may also be directed to support@milliondollarbreeder.com.

Purchasers are encouraged to contact Million Dollar Breeder LLC regarding a billing concern so that the Company has an opportunity to investigate the matter.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute does not automatically cancel an otherwise valid purchase, create refund eligibility, or eliminate an installment obligation that remains lawfully due.

Where permitted by law, Million Dollar Breeder LLC may provide relevant transaction, enrollment, account-access, agreement-acceptance, payment-plan, and communication records to a payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, or dispute-resolution provider.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a purchaser’s legitimate statutory, consumer, or payment-network rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Purchasers should complete enrollment only after reviewing the information they consider necessary to make an informed purchase decision.

Purchases of the Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course are also governed by the separate Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course Access, Intellectual Property & Service Agreement.

If a Course-specific provision of that Agreement directly conflicts with this Refund Policy, the Course Agreement will control with respect to that Course-specific matter unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may update this Refund Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in business operations, technology, legal requirements, checkout processes, or Course administration.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.

Material changes will not retroactively eliminate a vested contractual or consumer right where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

• A payment plan is an installment arrangement for the Course purchase price and is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless checkout expressly states otherwise
• Applicable Course purchases are also governed by the Master Course Agreement and other policies presented at checkout
