Million Dollar Breeder™ Master Course

The Course is a comprehensive, self-paced digital educational program for cat breeders. Course Materials may include instructional lessons, lesson PDFs, written educational materials, worksheets, implementation exercises, workbooks, templates, agreement and contract-related educational resources, guides, checklists, charts, infographics, presentations, video or audio content, digital tools, and other related resources (collectively, the “Course Materials”).

The Course is educational in nature. It is not a veterinary service, legal service, accounting service, financial service, licensing program, or governmental credential, and it does not create any professional-client relationship of any kind.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and full payment of all amounts owed, Million Dollar Breeder grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the Course Materials for your own individual educational use.

Templates and documents expressly identified as usable within your own breeding program may be used for that internal purpose only. No other license or right is granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

All Course Materials, including curriculum structure, lesson sequencing, written content, video and audio content, graphics, templates, contracts, forms, methodologies, frameworks, and branding, are the exclusive property of Million Dollar Breeder LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Purchase of the Course conveys a limited license only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Course access is issued to a single individual Student. You may not share, lend, transfer, sell, or provide your login credentials or Course access to any other person, business, cattery, partnership, group, or organization.

Access shared with additional individuals may require additional purchases and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

You may not, in whole or in part:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit the Course Materials.
• Distribute or redistribute the Course Materials to any third party.
• Post Course Materials in group chats, forums, membership sites, file-sharing services, or social platforms.
• Translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Course Materials without written permission.

You may not resell the Course or Course Materials, and you may not use the Course Materials to create, develop, market, or deliver a competing course, curriculum, coaching program, membership, or educational product. This restriction applies whether the competing offering is provided for a fee or without charge.

Screen recording, screen capture, downloading, ripping, transcribing for distribution, or otherwise capturing Course Materials for any purpose other than your own personal study is prohibited. Any such recording remains the property of Million Dollar Breeder LLC and may not be shared or published.

You may not use Course Materials to train, fine-tune, prompt-engineer, index, or otherwise develop any artificial-intelligence model, dataset, chatbot, automated assistant, or similar system, and you may not upload Course Materials to any service that uses submitted content for model training or public retrieval.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC actively protects its intellectual property and may pursue all available remedies for infringement, including takedown notices, platform reporting, injunctive relief, statutory damages where available, and recovery of enforcement costs.

Breeder Education™, Million Dollar Breeder™, Elite Certified Breeder™, and related names, logos, designs, slogans, and brand elements are trademarks, service marks, or common-law marks of Million Dollar Breeder LLC as applicable. Students may not use these marks in advertising, branding, domain names, social handles, business names, educational products, or other commercial materials except as expressly permitted in writing or as expressly permitted for designations properly earned under this Agreement.

Elite Certified Breeder™ is a private educational designation issued by Million Dollar Breeder LLC to Students who complete the required Course components and satisfy any stated conditions. It is not a governmental license, professional license, veterinary credential, accreditation, or registry endorsement.

The designation may be used truthfully to indicate completion of the Course. It may not be used in a manner that implies governmental approval, licensure, veterinary authority, or affiliation beyond what is accurate. Million Dollar Breeder LLC may revoke the designation for misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of this Agreement.

If you submit questions, comments, testimonials, images, or other content in connection with the Course, you represent that you have the right to submit it and you grant Million Dollar Breeder LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating, supporting, and promoting the Course, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Course access generally remains available to Students in good standing for as long as Million Dollar Breeder LLC continues operating and continues making the Course available.

Temporary technology interruptions, hosting issues, platform migrations, scheduled or emergency maintenance, content updates, or third-party outages do not by themselves constitute permanent discontinuation of the Course.

Course content may be revised, reorganized, updated, added to, or retired over time as educational standards and best practices evolve.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may suspend or terminate Course access, without refund, if a Student shares access, infringes intellectual property, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, initiates an unfounded chargeback, fails to make scheduled payments, or otherwise materially breaches this Agreement.

You agree to pay the purchase price of the Course as presented at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and processing amounts.

A payment plan is an installment arrangement for the full Course purchase price. It is not a cancel-anytime subscription or a month-to-month membership. Students who select a payment plan remain responsible for every scheduled installment as provided in this Agreement and at checkout, regardless of how much of the Course they use.

You authorize the charging of your designated payment method on the scheduled dates. Failed, declined, or reversed payments may result in suspension of Course access until the balance is brought current, and the outstanding balance remains due.

Because the Course is a digital educational product delivered immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This includes change of mind, failure to use or complete the Course, disagreement with educational opinions, or outcomes that differ from a Student’s expectations.

Billing questions should be directed to info@breedereducation.com so they can be reviewed and resolved directly. Billing matters specific to the Course may also be directed to Course support at support@milliondollarbreeder.com.

A chargeback or payment reversal does not automatically eliminate a valid contractual payment obligation. Million Dollar Breeder LLC may respond to disputes with records of purchase and access, may suspend Course access during a dispute, and may pursue collection of amounts that remain lawfully owed.

The Course provides general educational information and instructor perspective. It is not individualized advice and does not account for the specific facts, animals, jurisdiction, or circumstances of any Student. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Nothing in the Course replaces the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. Health, breeding, genetic, emergency, and welfare decisions should be made in consultation with qualified veterinary professionals.

Business, contract, pricing, recordkeeping, and operational materials are educational. Million Dollar Breeder LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and templates should be reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before use. Any agreement, contract, or form resources included with the Course are general educational materials only. They are not individualized legal advice, are not represented as valid or suitable for every Student or jurisdiction, and purchasing or accessing the Course does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Breeding, animal-welfare, zoning, licensing, sales, transport, and consumer-protection rules vary widely by country, state, and locality. You are solely responsible for identifying and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you and your cattery.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC makes no guarantee of income, revenue, profit, litter outcomes, health results, buyer demand, registry acceptance, or any other result. Examples, illustrations, and scenarios are for education only and are not promises of performance. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

The Course may reference or link to third-party products, tools, vendors, or services. Million Dollar Breeder LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party offerings and makes no warranty regarding them. Any transaction with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

The Course is delivered through third-party hosting and learning platforms. Availability is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be affected by maintenance, updates, migrations, or outages outside our control. Million Dollar Breeder LLC is not liable for temporary unavailability, and such interruptions do not entitle a Student to a refund or release from payment obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Million Dollar Breeder LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and instructors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, animal loss, veterinary expenses, or business interruption arising from or related to the Course.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Course will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Course.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Million Dollar Breeder LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and instructors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Course, your breeding or business activities, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you purchase on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, subject to applicable nonwaivable law. Any judicial dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Course must be brought exclusively in the appropriate Nevada state court, or in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada where federal jurisdiction exists, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, subject to applicable law.

In any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement, including collection of unpaid amounts and enforcement of intellectual-property rights, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, collection costs, and other enforcement expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure or delay by Million Dollar Breeder LLC in enforcing any provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of that provision or of any other right, and no single waiver operates as a continuing waiver.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, except where an update is required by law or is necessary to describe ongoing platform, access, or operational practices. The current version is published on this page with its effective date.

Million Dollar Breeder LLC is the contracting legal entity under this Agreement. Existing Students may also contact Course support at support@milliondollarbreeder.com.

This Agreement, together with the terms presented at checkout, is the entire agreement between you and Million Dollar Breeder LLC regarding the Course and supersedes prior discussions or representations. Where a provision of this Agreement directly conflicts with a general provision of the website Terms & Conditions concerning a Course purchase, Course access, Course Materials, payment obligations, certification rights, or other Course-specific matter, this Agreement controls as to that Course-specific subject matter, unless expressly stated otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

By completing checkout, checking an acceptance box, or accessing the Course, you agree to this Agreement electronically, and you consent to receive this Agreement and related notices in electronic form. Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
